30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- With tags still attached (for clothing items)
How to Return

Receive Return Label
We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label (for eligible regions).

Ship Your Item
Pack your item securely and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.

Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Other methods: May vary by provider
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange your item! Contact us at info@proud-store.com and we'll arrange the exchange for you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will:
- Send a replacement at no extra cost, OR
- Issue a full refund including return shipping
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
